Please read the following cancellation policy carefully before purchasing your ticket for the Cherry Blossom Festival 2026.
Tickets purchased for the Cherry Blossom Festival 2026 cannot be cancelled by the ticket holder. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except where specifically determined by the organisers.
Attendees cannot cancel their tickets after completing the purchase. Requests for cancellation due to a change of plans, personal reasons, travel difficulties, or any other reason will generally not be eligible for a refund.
If the Cherry Blossom Festival is cancelled by the organisers, the organisers will communicate the applicable arrangements to ticket holders through the official communication channels.
If the festival is postponed or rescheduled, previously purchased tickets may remain valid for the revised event date, subject to the terms communicated by the organisers. Any refund or cancellation option, if offered, will be at the sole discretion of the organisers.
Changes to the event schedule, artist lineup, venue, timings, or other event details do not automatically entitle ticket holders to cancel their tickets or receive a refund.
The Cherry Blossom Festival is an all-weather event. Cancellation requests or refunds will not generally be accepted due to rain or other normal weather conditions.
Any cancellation or refund request that is considered by the organisers must be submitted through the official support or communication channels. Approval of any such request remains solely at the discretion of the organisers.
